Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to the USA, Canada, the UK, Australia, Japan, Singapore, The Philippines, and most European countries.

Customs & Duties:
As a small business, we are unable to calculate or charge customs and duties at checkout. These fees are determined by your country and may be applied upon arrival.

To estimate potential customs or import fees, we recommend checking with your local postal service or using online resources such as SimplyDuty. The Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) code for Cozy Curlers and related products is 961590. For further clarification, your local postal service should be able to assist you.

Shipping Times:
While international shipping times vary, please note that exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. If your package is delayed, we can assist by submitting a missing mail search request with USPS. However, we are unable to contact customs or postal services in other countries directly.

Returns on International Orders:
Please note that, per our return policy, all shipping costs are non-refundable.

• If you choose to return your order, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• You are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the return.
