COVID-19 Shipping Information:
Please understand that once your package is in transit to you, there is little we can do to speed along the process of shipping, due to COVID-19 restrictions in other countries, which is out of our control.
Shipping times for international packages are improving, but the United States Postal Service (USPS) cannot guarantee the exact date of arrival. If you feel your package is taking too long, please contact us. We can submit a missing mail search request with USPS on your behalf, but we cannot always get in touch with customs or post offices in other countries.
Your package may be quarantined to due customs in your country. If this happens, you may have to wait longer to receive your package. Please call your local post office with your tracking number to see when your package will be released.
*We are currently unable to ship to Austria due to issues concerning COVID. When these issues are resolved, we will resume shipping to Austria.
Returns on International Orders:
As stated in our return policy, we do not refund shipping costs.
"When you receive your refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable."
