COVID-19 & International Shipping
At this time, we can only ship to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, and the USA.
Please understand that once your package is in transit to you, there is little we can do to speed along the process of shipping, due to COVID-19 restrictions in other countries, which is out of our control.
Shipping times for international packages are improving, but the Postal Service cannot guarantee the exact date of arrival. If you feel your package is taking too long, please contact us. We have helped other international customers speed along the process during the pandemic by helping them contact their local post office.
Your package may be quarantined to due customs in your country. If this happens, you may have to wait longer to receive your package. Please call your local post office with your tracking number to see when you package will be released.
