EU Right of Withdrawal

For customers located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by email at cl@cozycurlers.com . We will get back to you as quickly as possible within business hours.

Once you have notified us, you have 14 additional days to ship the returned the products.

We will reimburse payments received, less the return shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. For example, if you paid $34.99 for Cozy Curlers with $15.50 shipping, your refund total will be $34.99, because of the return shipping cost being deducted from your refund.
