Our return/refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in undamaged condition.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us through email to receive a return label. We only accept USA returns that use our return labels.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about your refund, if applicable.
When you receive your refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Example: You purchased a set of Cozy Curlers for $34.99 and the shipping cost was $3.75, the amount of shipping plus the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs for the return label will also be $3.75. Instead of charging you for the return label, we deduct the amount from your refund. This means that the total refund amount will be $31.24 - even if you paid a total of $38.74. We do not refund shipping costs.
If your return/refund is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-14 business days.
If your return/refund is rejected for reasons such as trying to trade or exchange your items for items that you did not purchase from www.cozycurlers.com, we will contact you with a refund rejection email. Your refund may also be rejected if the returned products appear to be purposefully damaged or if any potentially harmful products are included with your returned items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange/replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. You will need to provide photo proof in order to be eligible for an exchange.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
International customers are held to the same shipping policy as mainland US based customers. We do not refund shipping, taxes, or duties (if applicable). If you are an international customer who would like to return your items, you will need to email us for return instructions and follow them to be eligible for a return. We will not accept international returns unless you have contacted us and have followed our instructions for your return.
